I’ve been a writer and author for over a decade, and that background shapes everything I do. The story always comes first. Whether I’m developing short-form social content, producing long-form video, or building out a marketing campaign, I focus on narrative—where a brand comes from, what it stands for, and why anyone should care. That approach has helped everyone from small, local businesses to established brands grow their presence and reach new audiences without losing what makes them authentic.

That same mindset led me to create Mangia Cibo Culinary Lab, a film-ready kitchen studio and creative event space in Queens. It’s a physical extension of the work I was already doing. I created a place where chefs, brands, and creators can cook, film, host, and collaborate under one roof. At its core, Mangia Cibo is about bringing people together around food, culture, and content, and turning everyday moments into something lasting.
